Android Nougat brings a slew of features and changes to the mobile operating system. Among the new features, Google is making your keyboard a lot more fun by letting personalize it using Themes.
The Google Keyboard theme settings let you choose your own image from your library and use it as background, or you can choose from a bunch predefined set color schemes that best suits your personality.

How to set a keyboard theme on Android
- Open the keyboard on any app.
- Press and hold the comma key (,) and select the gear button.
- Select Google Keyboard settings.
- Select Theme.
- Select My Image to use your own image as background or select from one of the color schemes.
- Turn on or off the Key border toggle switch to make the keys stand out a little more. You’ll want to consider this option when using your own image as you may have trouble seeing the keyboard letters.
- Note that if you choose to use your own image, you can also set the brightness to help you better see the letters.
